RETURNING YOUR ORDER
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Offcamber. If, for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund for online purchases.
- Please contact us within 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the goods.
- We must then receive the goods within 14 days of being notified of your intentions.
- Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in mint, unused, re-saleable condition, with all clothing tags (if they were included) and all packaging etc.
- Please include your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records.
- We do not refund POSTAGE costs on unwanted items returned for exchange or refund.

Please ask for proof of postage and enclose your order number. We recommend that you choose postage which has adequate insurance to cover the goods if they are lost.
If for any reason goods have arrived damaged, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone during normal shop hours 01258 458677, quoting your order number so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
